and concern. To begin, prospective clients can browse through more than 15
pictures of each home; see the square footage, included

these characteristics will help you visualize how wonderful and accommodating these
homes can be. Once a property has been selected, you will submit an
online application form and fee without ever having to leave
the computer. The Rooted Group, Inc. services will alleviate the stress of visiting
an office and setting aside time to get a cashier check at the bank, just to complete

Once prospective tenants become a Rooted Group renter, they have access to a
members-only section , which includes repair reports, a
message board, entry and exit surveys, and news feed, which provides updates and
reminders for individual homes. In a 24-hour time period, a tenant can leave a message
on their repair report to fix a leaky faucet. Through their news feed, tenants will
be notified and later reminded on the date of their faucet repair. Never again will
tenants feel abandoned during their housing complaints nor miss an appointment with
a plumber or electrician.
