TRG Statement of Rental Policy
The Rooted Group is excited that you are interested in TRG's rental property. For
your convenience, TRG has prepared this overview of guidelines used in processing
all rental applications. Please feel free to email any questions to

Equal opportunity housing provider: It is TRG's policy to rent
units in full compliance with the appropriate state's landlord and tenant laws.
The Rooted Group does not discriminate against any person because of race, color,
ethnic background, religion, sex, age, marital or family status, physical disability
or sexual orientation.
Rental unit availability: A rental home only becomes available
for move-in when it is completely ready, including cleaning, painting, and the completion
of all maintenance work and planned improvements. Applications become available
at Therootedgroup.com two months prior to a tenant moving out.
Valid photo identification and written authorization: You must
be able to provide a current photo identification such as a driver's license, military
or state identification card, or a passport in order for TRG to verify your identity.
If your rental application is approved, TRG will require a photocopy of your identification
at the time of your move-in to be kept in your personal account on Therootedgroup.com.
You must authorize TRG to verify all information provided in your rental application
from credit sources, credit agencies, current prior landlords and employers, and
personal references.
Occupancy guidelines: In compliance with all applicable fair-housing
laws TRG has established restrictions on the total number of persons that may occupy
a home rental. TRG guidelines allow two persons per bedroom. These guidelines are
to prevent overcrowding and are in keeping with the limitations of the home rental
and its building systems. Occupancy will be limited to the persons indicated on
the original rental application and lease only unless otherwise agreed on by the
appropriate form in you’re Rooted Group login account. Any proposed additional tenants
must complete a rental application and be processed and approved through this same
tenant-screening process prior to occupying the rental unit.
Application process: All rental
applications are evaluated in the same manner. Any false
or incomplete information will result in the denial of your application. If discovered
after you are approved and have moved in, TRG reserves the right to terminate your
tenancy. TRG will verify the information provided on each rental application through
The Rooted Group tenant screening process. An independent tenant-screening firm
may be used if necessary. TRG is usually able to process a rental application in
one or two days. Once an application is approved the tenant will have an additional
2 days to secure the property by submitting a security deposit through
www.RentRev.com Once the security deposit has been approved
all advertisements for this property will be eliminated and the property will be
saved for you.
