1. Select the number of tenants living in your home.
2. Choose the property you are applying for.
3. Provide a Group Name and Password. You and your roommates will belong to the same "group" and have the same password.
NOTE - to login, there will be a shared Group Name and Password, but each user will have a distinct Private Key for security.
4. Complete and submit your application form.
5. You will note there is a "Private Key" required under the Personal Information section. This Private Key will securely protect your sensitive application information. Only you will be able to view and manage your application information.
6. Sign on to tenant login with the Group Name, Password, and Private Key.
7. Add users (roommates) by clicking Applications (under User Area), then Add New. All private information is secure and confidential. Tenants will not have access to view roommates private information. Applications will not be processed until all tenants have successfully submitted their form.
