As a college student I remember living in a rundown apartment with old appliances, ugly paint colors, and furniture from street corners. I new that at some point in life I would graduate with my degree and be able to find a nice studio with a comfortable and home-like feeling. The first time I walked into the newly remodled studio apartment at 1371 10th St. I felt as though this would be the perfect home for a variety of Tenants. It is always exciting to walk through a property and feel as though I could move-in immidiately with an excitement to claim it as my own. This studio is going to make a great living environment and is located in a great neighborhood that is quiet and located in a great area of Moline. I know the lucky Tenant living here will be happy.
